We ship from the U.S. and fulfill international orders as well. Domestic orders over a set threshold qualify for free standard shipping; the current threshold is shown at checkout or in the site banner. Expedited options are available at checkout for an additional cost, and delivery timelines depend on the carrier and destination. International orders may qualify for free expedited shipping above a higher order value, also shown at checkout.
Once an order is placed, processing usually takes a short business window before it hands off to the carrier. You’ll get a tracking number when the label is created, but the carrier’s first scan is the real starting point for transit time. Domestic standard shipping typically arrives within a handful of business days after carrier pickup; expedited cuts that down. International delivery times vary by country and customs, and we can’t control delays caused by customs processing or local carrier backlogs.
For international orders, any duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. We don’t collect those upfront, and they’re not included in the product or shipping price. If a package is refused at customs or returned because fees weren’t paid, refunds are handled according to the return policy once the item reaches our facility.
If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the package, check around the delivery address, with neighbors, and with the carrier first—sometimes packages are marked delivered before they physically arrive. If it’s truly missing, contact the carrier to file a claim, then reach out through the site’s contact channel with your order number. We’ll help where we can, but once a package shows delivered to the address provided, the carrier’s delivery confirmation is the primary record. Shipping protection purchased at checkout may cover certain loss or damage scenarios; review the terms of that protection if you added it.
