Returns & Refunds

We’d rather you sleep on it—literally—than guess whether something works for you.

Bedding comes with a 100-night trial from the date of delivery. That means you can wash it, use it, and actually live with it before deciding. If it’s not right, you can return it within that window, new or used. Non-bedding items—loungewear, sleepwear, bath, accessories—have a 30-day window from delivery. Last Chance sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

To start a return, go through the returns portal linked on the site. You’ll need your order number and the email used at checkout. For U.S. returns and exchanges, a prepaid label is provided; U.S. exchanges don’t deduct a processing fee, while U.S., Canada, U.K., and Australia refunds carry a processing fee of 3% of the refund value or $11.99, whichever is greater. International customers outside those regions arrange their own return shipping and should contact us through the site for instructions. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Once the return reaches our facility and is processed, refunds go back to the original payment method. You’ll typically see the credit within a few business days on our end, though your bank’s posting timeline can add a little more time. Exchanges work through the same portal; any price difference is charged or credited at the time of exchange.

Bedding and bath carry a 10-year warranty against pilling, abnormal rips, tears, and workmanship defects. Apparel, bath, and accessories have a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. If something’s wrong with the construction, that’s on us. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues from improper care aren’t covered. If you’re unsure whether your situation qualifies, ask through the site’s contact channel before sending anything back.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that fall outside the stated windows or show signs of fraudulent activity. Nothing here overrides rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
